Welcome to the homepage of the NYCU Aero-Tech Lab, supervised by Dr. Lua Kim Boon. We use advanced experimental, and computational techniques, to investigate an extensive range of research topics in the field of Fluid Mechanics, inspired by state-of-the-art Aeronautics, Underwater Vehicle Design, Bio-medical and Green Energy applications. We also conduct fundamental studies of flow physics to extend the understanding of essential vortex dominated flows and unsteady aerodynamics.
The lab also provides supports to undergraduate research projects, international student exchange projects, and ME competition teams technical activities.
